3D to 2D

Artist Statement

For my 3D to 2D I choose to create a piece with my balsa wood sculpture because it was probably the hardest project I worked on this semester. I wanted my 2D piece to be a reflection on me and the balance I need to find between being able to design in both 2D and 3D. I want to grow as a designer and for that I need to learn how to see design in all aspects. My 2D piece concept is an abstract ying and yang.
